Bhakarwal Dog



The Bakharwal dog is an ancient dog breed of  working dogs found in the Mountain Ranges of Kashmir. Bred by the Gujjars the Bakharwal dog is one of the some dog breeds that were interfered by humans during the breeding. The Bakharwal dog stands at 24 inches it weighs 30 kgs.

It has been used as a herding dog for some time now. The Bakharwal dog can be used as a guard dog too.
